Top 10 Narcissist's Flying Monkeys Abuse by Proxy Quotes

As soon as any interest is shown by the recruits, they may be love bombed by the recruiter or other cult members. This process of feigning friendship and interest in the recruit was originally associated with one of the early youth cults, but soon it was taken up by a number of groups as part of their program for luring people in. Love bombing is a coordinated effort, usually under the direction of leadership, that involves long-term members' flooding recruits and newer members with flattery, verbal seduction, affectionate but usually nonsexual touching, and lots of attention to their every remark. Love bombing - or the offer of instant companionship - is a deceptive ploy accounting for many successful recruitment drives. Flying Monkeys are kind of like bats, they may even sleep hanging upside down by their feet. (lol) They also seem to get in your hair and you can't get them out. However, the term "flying monkey" comes from The Wizard of Oz, a movie in which the Wicked Witch sent her flying monkeys after Dorothy. Notice it wasn't because Dorothy did anything wrong, but because the Wicked Witch was, well, wicked. Unsurprisingly at this point, the Wicked Witch was still roaming free in Kansas, (to kidnap, steal, etc., (even though they "weren't in Kansas anymore" dream)) as were the flying monkeys, or else Dorothy, Toto and the gang would never have had to endure the ordeal of the little man behind the curtain.

Flying Monkeys

A narcissistic personality disordered mother has flying monkeys. This is a term taken from The Wizard of Oz, where the flying monkeys gang up on an innocent person by order of the Wicked Witch. The flying monkeys may be your neighbors, church members, cult or coven members, siblings, aunts, uncles, grandmother, grandfather, etc. These people do the narcissist's dirty work while often pouring their own abuse on the scapegoat. Perpetrators in cause stalking are also flying monkeys ganging up on a target, which increases deniability for the one giving the orders.
